This calendar is provided as resource to help all organizations avoid conflicts when they are planning/scheduling dates, times, and locations for their events.  Having your event added to the calendar does not reserve the date for your organization, but rather informs other organizations that you already have an event planned for that date and time.  The Foundation does not and will not gaurantee that other events will not occur on specific dates or times.

If you would like to add your event to our calendar, please email Scott Gautreau at sgautreau@braf.org.  After your event is added to the calendar, please keep us updated with any changes to the date, time, or location.
