PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was retained by the Louisiana Recovery Authority Support Foundation to assist in developing recommendations—widely viewed by local, regional and national experts—that could significantly improve the health care delivery system in Louisiana.
The Foundation was a supporting organization of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. It was created to provide experts needed by Louisiana Recovery Authority committees. It the provided experts in community redevelopment, regional planning, re-population research, public relations and healthcare.
